How to Clear Your Browser Cache

When a new update is released for VX Cloud, some individuals can have issues where the new features are not refreshing on their device. This can be easily fixed by simply clearing the device/website cache. Here's how to do so: (please note, if you clear your entire device cache this will erase all other website passwords and log you out of all websites. By erasing the cache for VX Sport websites only, this will just clear the data for VX websites).

For iOS:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down to find Safari, click "Advanced" then "Website Data."
  3. Search "VX" in the search bar. All of your VX Sport related website and stored cache will show below.
  4. Swipe left on the VX Sport data showing and click delete.
  5. The cookies and cache stored for all of your VX Sport websites will be cleared and the next time you open the websites then will load with the most up to date features.

For Android:

In the Chrome app:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap More.
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.
