Entering RPE Data - Athletes

Entering RPE for a Coach Created Session:

1. Log into your VX Cloud account at athlete.vxsport.com.
2. If needed, select your team, and then click the "Session RPE" button.
3. Select the session that your coach will have created for you.
4. Fill in the RPE score for that session then click submit.
5. From here you can either view your data straight away by clicking "View your data," or click "Back to Session" which will take you back to the page where you can either fill in RPE scores for more sessions, or create your own session.

How to Create a Session:

1. Log into your VX Cloud account at athlete.vxsport.com.
2. If needed, select your team, and then click the "Session RPE" button. 
3. Click the "Create a New Session" button then fill in all of the required details of the session, once complete click "Create Session" at the bottom of the page.
4. The page will refresh and it will take you back to the Session page where you can select the session you just created and fill in RPE data for.
