Using the VX Sport Charging Case

VX Sport offers a carry case that is perfect for charging, downloading and transporting your units. The case makes it easy to manage your units and provides a secure housing for when they are not in use.

If your team does not currently have a charging case, these are able to be purchased seperately through your VX Sport supplier.

  1. Plug the Charging Case into mains power
  2. Plug the Charging Case into your PC. Note: Windows may show a message aboutinstalling new hardware. Let this complete before moving on to the next step.
  3. Start the VX Sport Software on your PC
  4. Plug in your units one by one to the Charging Case. Check that each unit is recognised by the VX Sport software on the “Manage” screen. (This should normally be a few seconds after being plugged into the Charging Case). Note: Windows will need to install new drivers for each unit plugged into the PC. If this is the first time using these units on a PC it may take a short amount of time for the Windows to install the drivers and to show up inside the software.
  5. Once all units are showing on the manage screen you can use the VX Sport software as usual.

Note: Your Charging Case does not need to be connected to your computer to charge units, but does need to be plugged into a power point.
