Generation 4 & 5:
1. Mode Light:
a) Static Red: Memory is full.
b) Static Green: Recording.
c) Static Orange: Battery < 20% Remaining.
d) Static mode LED: Normal play mode & Flashing mode LED: Long play mode.
2. Status Light:
a) Static Green: Paired, good heart rate data in the last 3 seconds.
b) Static Orange: Not Paired to a heart rate belt and not searching.
c) Static Red: Paired, has not connected yet.
d) Flashing Orange: Trying to pair a device. Only happens when * button pressed within 5 seconds of turning on.
3. GPS Light:
a) Solid Green: GPS lock
b) Solid Red: No GPS lock
Please note: GPS lock is not required for indoor operation on VX95/VX235/VX350
4. LED's when connected to charger or PC
a) Solid Red Mode and Status LED's: Battery is charging.
b) Solid Red Mode & Status LED off: Battery Full.
c) Solid Red Mode & Green GPS LED: Device has been recognized by VX Sport Software.
Generation 3:
1. Mode Light:
a) Static Red: Memory is full.
b) Static Green: Recording.
c) Static Orange: Battery < 20% Remaining.
d) Static mode LED: Normal play mode & Flashing mode LED: Long play mode.
2. Status Light:
a) Static Green: Not Paired to a heart rate belt and not searching.
b) Flashing Red/Green twice per second: Searching for a pre paired heart rate belt. Has not connected yet.
c) Flashing Red/Green once per second: Paired and good heart rate data in the last 3 seconds.
3. GPS Light:
a) Solid Green: GPS lock
b) Solid Red: No GPS lock
4. LED's when connected to charger or PC
a) Solid Red Mode and Status LED's: Battery is charging.
b) Solid Red Mode & Status LED off: Battery Full.
c) Solid Red Mode & Green GPS LED: Device has been recognized by VX Sport Software.
