M2 Driver not Loading "Unknown Device"

If an M2 receiver does not appear under the manage tab in the software please open up device manager. 

1. In device manager under "other devices" if the VXM2 has a yellow ! next to please right click and "scan for hardware changes. Once this is completed please wait 1 min for the driver to load.

2. If the above is unsuccessful right click on the VXM2 > Update driver software > Browse my computer manually > Browse > C: Drive > Program Files 86x > VX Sport > USBXpressDriver > Depending on your computer select either X86 or X64. 

If the M2 receiver is appearing as an "unknown device" and if the above does not work please download the attached file. Follow step 2, right click on the VXM2 > Update driver software > Browse my computer manually > Browse > Select the downloaded file.
