Selecting VX Live Metrics

The VX Live platform offers a variety of different views and metrics to help utilize data in an during real time data collection. Offering this type of compatibility allows the coaching staff to be able to make proactive informed decisions.

The metrics available in VX Live metric are:

  • Average Heart Rate%
  • Average Heart Rate
  • Average Speed

  • Body Impacts
  • Current HR
  • Current HR %
  • Current Speed
  • Current Speed %
  • Distance
  • Duration Total
  • Energy Consumption
  • Hi Intensity Sprints
  • HR Hi Intensity Distance
  • HR Hi Intensity Duration
  • Impact Rate
  • Impact Zones (1-5)
  • Jump Rate
  • Jump Zones (1-5)
  • Jump Count
  • Max HR
  • Max HR %
  • Max Speed
  • Max Speed %
  • Speed High Intensity Distance
  • Speed High Intensity Duration
  • Total Sprints
  • High Metabolic Power Distance*
  • Very-High Metabolic Power Distance*
  • Very-High Speed Distance*
  • HR RMSSD*
  • Core Body Temperature*

*Only available on G4 and G5 Units

Metrics can be selected both before and during a session. Selections are made two places. The Settings Tab (Selection of 4 side metrics [below]) allows you to set the 4 metrics that appear at the bottom of the tiles, and the pop up "Main Metric" box on the VX Live page selects the main tile metric (2nd Picture).
