If you are having trouble with a GPS unit with regards to device not recording data, device not turning on and device not charging, have you tried the following:
1. Is the device(s) on the latest firmware? Please go to vxsport.com/firmware to check. If your device is not on the latest, please follow the update firmware instructions.
2. 3 button reset: To do this hold down the power, *, and pause/play button for 7 sec. Once the LED lights start flashing the device will begin to reset. Please wait until the LED lights stop flashing (1-2min).
3. Re-test the device: Take the device(s) outside, wait for a GPS lock, go for a walk/jog/run and then download the device.
